EC: When students and faculty across disciplines embraced the concept of entrepreneurial thinking.

#SheInnovates: What were some unexpected obstacles you overcame in the innovation process?

EC: Having people see entrepreneurial thinking as an opportunity, not a threat.

#SheInnovates: What inspires you to love your work?

EC: Working with students and being inspired by their energy and creativity.

#SheInnovates: What do you hope that young women coming behind you take from your work?

EC: Find a passion to make a difference and don’t set limits on what you can accomplish.

#SheInnovates: Why are women in innovation important?

EC: Women represent half of the population, so their own perspectives and experiences are key in shaping new innovations.
